THIS FIVEM ASSET IS USING ASSET ESCROW SYSTEM

GRAVESTONE PROJECT CONTAINS COMPLETE REBUILD OF LA FUENTE BLANCA RANCH/ MANDRAZO RANCH. VERSION 1.1+ (1.1.5, 1.2 ETC) CONTAINS COMPLETE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR REBUILD. THE WORKING TITLE GRAVESTONE REFERS TO MY LONG-PLANNED PROJECT FOCUSING ON THE COMPLETE REBUILDING OF THE ORIGINAL LA FUENTE BLANCA RANCH.

V.1.1.7 ( CURRENT UPDATE) Garage interior has been added. This provides your gameplay with coverage for 4 large cars.

V1.1.5  The second stage of the project infests the first beta version of the interior. The interior puts the construction into the building and makes all social spaces accessible, namely:  Main hall containing corridors, staircase, kitchen connected to dining room. This room will serve as the intersection of the house and will allow the residents of the ranch to subsequently enter the living room, secret / panic room, bathroom, wardrobe, common room containing a piano and built-in wine cooler. Last but not least, it will allow access to the northern wing of the building, where there is a waiting room with low-tier office spaces that function as an enteroom for the main office. The upper floor contains 1 separate bathroom, masters bedroom with build-in changing room and 2 guest bedrooms.
