CASA OBSERVATIO (1.1) is my latest project which focuses on a complete makeover of the terrain, exterior and interior replacing the original "red villa" aka Casa Roja located in North Richman.

CASA OBSERVATIO (1.2) was expanded with several new elements with the last update on May 17, 2024. Upper garage at the northern entrance to the property with the possibility of storing 2 cars and space for work on them. At the same time, the missing front entrance was added (north side of the building itself) and the design of the north gardens was adjusted compared to version v1.1.

In addition to fixing a few bugs in the interior, a complete rework of the lawn and west gardens, the rock supporting the south side of the building under the underground garage was removed.

Now here you will find the entrance to the complex underground garage, which is capable of storing more than 10 vehicles. The internal entrance to the underground garage is possible from the main staircase next to the kitchen and the underground meeting office.

The main goals in the creation of this map were to keep the "several above-ground and underground floors" aspect without encroaching on the adjacent nature and not to stretch the boundaries of the building to silly dimensions.

The combination of "hard" materials in the exterior palette, such as exposed concrete and the heavily thickened vegetation of the adjacent gardens, together form a new monument of North Richman.

The building is divided into three parts, which are spread over three floors - one ground floor, one above ground and one underground.

The ground floor contains a two-story high entrance hall, which acts as the "crossroads" of the building, a kitchen and a common room with a conversation pit.
